Keep the Fleet in Top Condition, In Less Time

Prepare Work Items in Advance With TruckerLink

For many technicians, too much time is spent trying to diagnose an issue, or investigating a report from a driver that ends up not being a concern. If this sounds like you, meet your new best friend. TruckerLink sends data back from the truck to you every few minutes, so you have the latest diagnostics information (via the J1939 data bus) in real-time.  DVIRs are at your fingertips as well. Armed with this data, you can spend more time on the most urgent work items, and less time chasing down false positives.

DVIRs

Use the latest driver vehicle inspection reports (DVIRs) from the driver to gauge the status of a truck. He’ll note on the report if a repair is needed – and you’ll know instantly after the report is submitted.

Fault Reporting

Drivers will spend a lot of time with you discussing their experience with the truck. With TruckerLink, you’re (virtually) plugged into the J1939 data bus on each truck in the fleet. Use the system’s fault reporting to regularly scan what the truck is reporting back, so you can quickly diagnose what may be happening on board.

Repair Tracking

After you’ve reviewed the DVIR – as well as the actual truck itself – you can use TruckerLink to close the loop and mark a repair as complete, or go on record saying a repair isn’t needed. Your updates are then available to everyone in the fleet.
